1. OVERVIEW
This website, slowcurrentco.com, is operated by Slow Current Co. ("we", "us", "our"), based in Norway. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. PRODUCTS
All our shirts are printed to order in the USA by our production partner. Because each item is made individually, small variations in print placement and color may occur. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the actual product. Size and fit information is provided on each product page.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in US dollars. Prices, offers and discounts may change at any time without notice, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. We don't store your full card details. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

5. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an address we can't ship to. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

6. SHIPPING
We ship only to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our 30-day guarantee covers damaged, misprinted, defective or incorrect items. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, text, graphics, logos and other content on this site belong to Slow Current Co. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you send us comments, photos, reviews or ideas, you allow us to use, edit and publish them, including on our website and social media, without payment to you. You're responsible for making sure anything you send is yours to share and isn't unlawful or offensive.

10. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, to collect other users' personal information, or to interfere with the site's security or operation.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use third-party services, including Shopify, our print and fulfillment partner, shipping carriers and payment providers. We're not responsible for their websites or for delays caused by them, but we'll help you sort out any problem with your order.

12. DISCLAIMER
The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties other than those stated in our Refund Policy.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slow Current Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Slow Current Co. harmless from any claims or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.

17. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the state where you live.
